加拿大最理想工作场所协会（The Great Place To work Institute Canada）最近在加拿大商业杂志（Canada Business）上公布了第二年度“加拿大最好的工作场所”调查结果。

司文化和工作环境的随机问题的回答及对公司人事政策和程序的评估，并基于公司的信用度，对员工的尊敬度，公平度，员工的自豪度以及员工间合作度作出评分。

　　“加拿大最好工作场所的经理们表现对员工的重视，不是通过给他们提供更好的办公休闲设施或是其他金钱上的好处，”该杂志说，“经理人们所追求的员工的忠诚和义务最终归结为两个字：信任。”

　　“总的来说，相比与其他参与调查的员工，50个最好公司的员工们有更加健康舒适的工作环境，员工间愉快合作，工作积极。这样，他们会更加积极地投入工作，能够长时间为公司效力，并在工作范围内创造出更大的价值。”
