Description: A precious opportunity for the whole community. In four sessions, The Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche will teach on Universal Love (also known as The Four Immeasurables: loving kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity). Ponlop Rinpoche is the founder of Nalandabodhi, an international network of Buddhist meditation and study centres. Fluent in English and well-versed in Western ways, Rinpoche is known for his penetrating intellect, warm humour, and lucid teaching style. The weekend also includes an Empowerment and a fundraising dinner for Maitrivana, Vancouver’s newest Buddhist centre. Saturday & Sunday, February 23-24: 10 am – 12 pm; 2 pm – 4 pm.
