中国认可的加拿大高等院校名单（2014版）

2014年9月22日，为帮助自费出国留学人员正确选择国外学习学校，加强对自费留学中介活动的监管，引导自费留学中介机构与国外正规学校开展合作，教育部通过教育部教育涉外监管信息网（www.jsj.edu.cn）和中国留学网（www.cscse.edu.cn）公布了46个我国公民主要留学国家1万多所学校名单，基本涵盖了我国公民主要留学目的地国的正规高等学校。

加拿大在第二批的名单内。

为何要公布这个名单？

教育部有关负责人指出，自费出国留学是国家人才培养的一个重要渠道。近年来我国自费出国留学人数增多，中外教育机构之间的合作日趋频繁，总体形势很好。

但是，由于部分留学人员、留学中介机构和国内院校对国外学校情况缺乏真实和全面的了解，影响了正确选择学校和正常开展合作，有的留学人员到国外后发现上当受骗，损失很大。

三个方面的问题比较突出:

一是国外学校质量存在问题。特别是一些国家近年来所新办的私立学校质量较低，甚至频繁出现倒闭。有的国家一味强调教育所带来的经济利益，完全把教育当成贸易来做，在招收留学生过程中非常积极，但对于给留学生提供可靠和优质的教育资源方面却重视不够。一些国家法律体系表面上看很完善，但一旦出现留学生利益受损害的问题，依法处理起来期限过长，学生利益很难及时得到有效维护。

二是留学人员和家长选择自费出国留学带有一定的盲目性。部分自费出国留学人员和家长对国外的情况缺乏深入和全面的了解，自身留学能力特别是独立生活和学习能力也有欠缺，出国后很难适应。有的留学人员在国内难以完成正常学业，直接了选择出国留学，出国后更容易出现各种问题，甚至有极个别的出现刑事犯罪等极端情况。

三是非法留学中介活动和部分留学中介开展业务不规范使留学者的利益受到损害。总的看，留学中介服务机构在自费出国留学工作中发挥了很大作用，留学中介所取得的成绩应予充分肯定。根据有关部门的统计数据，至少有一半以上的自费出国留学人员出国留学系通过留学中介，有的地区这个比例达到了百分之七十以上。但是，确实还存在极少数留学中介受利益驱动，通过发布虚假留学信息或签订不负责任的中介服务合同等欺骗留学者的现象。另外，还有一些不具备留学中介资格的机构或个人，包括以种种名义从事招生活动的国外机构或个人通过非法途径从事留学中介活动。其中，有的互联网站，包括个别有影响的大型互联网站也发布虚假的留学信息，个别机构或个人包括国外某些办学机构通过互联网等途径发布虚假信息，或以境外院校“办事处”“招生代理”名义等从事留学中介活动。以上活动对留学人员和家长进行了严重的误导，甚至直接使少数留学人员上当受骗。

从2003年起，分四批向社会公布推荐了美国等46个国家约1万多所学校名单，为留学人员能到国外质量比较可靠的正规学校学习提供了基本保证。目前这个名单已成为留学人员选择国外学校的主要和可靠的依据。同时，在中外合作办学过程中，这个名单在对国外教育资源的把关方面也起到了一定的引导作用。

为什么要留学加拿大？

加拿大是联邦制国家，加拿大政府由三级构成：联邦政府 ( Federal Government) 、 省/区政府 ( Provincial Government) 和市政府( City/Municipal Government)。
联邦政府不设教育部，教育职责归各省政府负责。由于加拿大地域广阔，各省之间经济发展水平差别较大, 各省建立了适合本地发展、相对独立的教育体制。加拿大高等教育总体上保持了较高的水准，每年吸引众多国际学生前往求学和深造。

加拿大政府认可的高等教育机构主要分为大学和学院。绝大多数大学都是公立的。攻读本科一般需要3-4年时间，硕士研究生需要1-2年，博士研究生需要3年。

各类学院侧重培养应用型专业技术人才，一般提供大专文凭和各种证书课程，学制2至3年，不颁发学位；部分学校也开设学制1至2年的课程，完成学业后可转入正规大学二、三年级继续攻读本科课程。

目前，在加拿大以公司形式注册的私立学校数以千计，其专业、学科设置和师资配备等尚无有效监控。中国学生申请这些私立学校时，务必谨慎。

中国教育最近更新的加拿大高等院校名单与此前公布的名单相比，此次公布的名单主要变化是调整了6所院校的类别和层次。

加拿大没有高考，12年级的学生在秋天过后就要面临申请大学的问题，新移民和新来留学生对加拿大的大学不熟悉，下面让我们先来看这份中国认可的加国大学名单：
